摘 要: 在经济全球化的今无。不仅意味着各国产品和服务将直接进入国际市场参与国际竞争。更意味着作为产品和服务竞争后盾的人才要参与国际竞争。因此,人才国际化是经济全球化的必然趋势。印度软件企业通过人才流动政策、人才供给体系、人才素质培养和人才竞争战略四个方面的国际化实现了人才的国际化。这一过程实际上是将“本土人才国际化”与“国际人才本土化”的过程,也是从“人才流失”到“人才增益”的过程。 The globalization of economy refers not just to an unchecked inflow of products and services in global market,but also an accelerated competition of human resources that make it a necessity to envisage a trend of internationalized human resource.India's software sector has begun to achieve the globalization of technical human resource by undertaking a liberal and outward approach in policy orientation,personnel supply,quality-ability training,and inclusive competition.This trend also represents a reasonable process of transforming 'technical drainage' into 'technical gains'.
