摘 要: 社会因素主要表现在社会资本、跨国社会网络和企业家的作用等方面。文化因素也是企业的核心竞争力,实际上印度软件企业国际化的一个主要因素是印度历史和由此形成的独特历史文化积淀。 According to the authors,social factors are key for improvement of a company's competitive power,that are manifested in social capital,transnational networks and entrepreneurs' roles of the company.Cultural factors are key for improvement of a company's competitive power,too.Actually,Indian software companies should owe their success of internationalization to the nation's long history and the unique historical and cultural sediments laid with the long history.
