摘　　要： “高等教育大众化”及“评估”为新建本科院校的发展带来了机遇，专业设置及招生数量明显增多，教学条件大大改善。但是新建本科院校规模日益扩大，并不等于人才培养质量的提高。当前，对于新建本科院校而言，切实提高人才培养质量和办学水平是他们应重点把握的问题。本文以广东省新建本科院校为例，就如何提高新建本科院校体育专业人才培养质量提出几点看法：准确定位，科学制定人才培养目标；优化专业设置；加强教师队伍建设、提高科研水平；构建综合、机动的课程体系；制定多样化的教学计划模式；引入淘汰机制。 The ＂high education popularity＂ and ＂appraisal system＂ have brought the opportunity for the development of the newly - built undergraduate universities , in that the speciality establishment , recruitment of students quantity and teaching condition have improved：The newly -built undergraduate＇universities expand day by day, but it does not mean that the quality of talents cultivating has improved. Currently, the most important matter is to improve the quantity of talents cultivating for the newly - built undergraduate universities. This article takes the newly -built undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province as an example to propose several views on impro- ving the quality of sport talents cultivation , such as locating accurately and formulating the talents cultivating goal scientifically, optimizing the specialized establishment , strengthening the teacher troop construction and raising their scientific research level , seting up comprehensive and mobile course system , drawing up the diverse teaching plan mode and leading go into eliminate the mechanism.
