摘　　要： 我国政府出台优秀运动员＂免试上大学＂政策一方面是为了对优秀运动员进行激励,另一方面是为了提高其文化教育层次。但当前,社会对优秀运动员＂免试上大学＂政策存在多方质疑,主要有破坏教育公平、培养质量无法保证、高校学术献媚等。对此,研究认为应从教育公平原则、大学自主招生政策、科学的人才培养质量观、运动员对于大学竞技体育发展的作用等几方面辩证思考。 To incite the elite athlete and increase their level of culture and education,the government issued the policy of elite athlete exempt from taking an examination entry university.But it existences some controversy for the policy in society,such as destroy education justice,can not guarantee the quality of education,academic flatter,and so on.In this regard,the author thinks that we should dialectically analyze to them,from the principles of education equity,the policy of independent university entrance,the scientific concept of quality of personnel training,the role of elite athletes for college sport to develop.
