摘 要: 采用统计学及文献计量分析学对1994—2013年有关社会体育指导员研究的文献进行了回顾与总结。研究表明,20年来社会体育指导员的研究进展与议题变化大致可分为3个阶段。初步探索阶段(1994—1998年):研究者及成果均少;发展阶段(1999—2004年):研究者与成果明显增加,研究议题拓展,主要有现状调查、国外介绍、培训与培养、管理与制度等方面的研究;活跃阶段(2005—2013年):研究者与成果大幅增长,研究议题进一步拓展与深化,主要特点是现状调查研究不断深化、国内外研究从介绍转向比较、培养与培训研究关注质量及制度建构、素质能力研究趋向量化测量、制度与管理研究分歧与共识并存。未来社会体育指导员研究的基本趋势是:深化理论研究、聚焦组织研究、深入政策研究、关注服务研究、重视案例研究。 This paper reviewed and summarized literature related to research on social sports in- structors of 20 years (from 1994 to 2013) by using statistics and bibliometrics. The result shows that research progress and issues of social sports instructors in 20 years can he divided into three stages. The exploratory and preliminary stage (from1994 to 1998): there were a few researchers and results ; development stage (from 1999 to 2004) : researchers and results increased significantly and research topics were expanded, mainly including investigation of cur- rent situation, introduction of foreign research progress and results, training and development and management and systems; actively stage (from 2005 to 2013).. researchers and results have been increasing substantially and the research topics have been expanded and deepened further, with the main characteristics including investigation of current situation being deep- ened, comparison between research at home and abroad, quality and system construction orien- ted in training research, quantitative measurement trend in research on quality and ability, coex- istence of difference and agreement in research on systems and management. The basic trend of research on social sports instructors in the future is to deepen theoretical research, focus on organizational research, deepen policy research, pay attention to services research and attach im- portance to ease studies.
