摘　　要： 高职院校以职教集团的“政校行企”一体化合作平台为组织基础，高度整合政府、学校、行业、企业的各方资源，共同打造一个集创业教育、实践、服务、孵化等多功能于一体的创业综合服务体系，构建“政校行企”协同参与的可持续发展的创业生态圈，探索出一条培养新型创新创业人才的有效途径，是“全民创业、万众创新”的时代要求，具有重要的现实意义和推广价值。 For higher vocational colleges, taking vocational education groups＇ integrated cooperative platform of government, schools, industries and enterprises as the organizing base and combining their resources to establish a highly integrated comprehensive entrepreneurial service system with multiple functions such as entrepreneurial education, practice and services, and an entrepreneurial eco-system with sustainable development and multi-collaboration of government, schools, industries and enterprises, thus exploring an effective way to cultivate innovative entrepreneur talents are the requirements of the times, which have great significance and value.
