摘　　要： 基于职教集团的“政校行企”多元协同创业生态系统应在职教集团的组织框架下．通过“政校行企”多元合作体制机制创新和创业教育、创业培训机构及创业实践基地的整合管理．打破学校资源、企业资源和社会资源之间原有的屏障和闭环。促成校外创业资源和资金向校内流动及学生创业项目与市场的对接，汇聚政、校、行、企的各方力量，共同构建可持续发展的创业生态圈，积极发挥职教集团在创新创业人才培养方面的优势作用并实现其功能和效用的最大化。 The multivariate entrepreneurial ecological system based on the vocational education groups should be implemented under the framework of the vocational education groups with the integrated management through innovation and entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial training institutes and entrepreneurial practice bases. It should break the barrier among the school resources, enterprise resources and social resources to introduce off-campus entrepreneurial recourses and funds into the campus, and make the link between the students entrepreneurial projects and the market with combination of the strengths of the government, schools, industries and enterprises, in order to construct a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem and give full play to the advantages of vocational education groups in innovative and entrepreneurial talent training.
