摘　　要： 美国工作本位的职教教师教育模式以“工作”为重心，在实用主义和建构主义教育哲学的指导下，以培养卓越的学习型、对话型、合作型新时代职业教育教师为目标，构建一整套以教师教育的哲学基础、教育原则、知识和实践标准、课程框架和评估方法为有机组成部分的职业技术教师教育的理论体系和实践行动指针，对于世界各国职教教师教育的改革和发展具有重要启示意义。 The work-based teacher education model of vocational education in the USA regards the ＂work＂ as the focus and the education philosophy of pragmatism and constructivism as the guidance, takes cultivating excellent learning, conver- sational and collaborative typed vocational teachers of new era as the objective, and has constructed a set of theoretical system and pointer to practical action for vocational and technical teacher education with philosophical foundation, educa- tion principle, knowledge and practice standards, curriculum framework and evaluation methods as the organic component. It has important enlightmeuts to the reform and development of teachers education for vocational education in the world.
