澳大利亚卓越的职业教育专业化师资培养路径探析

摘  要: 澳大利亚通过“标准化”的职业教育体系和制度的顶层设计,建立了完备的职教教师职业资格和学历、学位证书体系,对职教教师的专业资质和能力进行了严格的规范和要求,采用与教师专业资格证书和文凭相挂钩的培训包培训模式,重视初任教师的专业化培养并支持教师继续教育和专业化发展,在建设卓越的高素质专业化职业教育师资队伍,提高职业教育教师的培养规格,提升职业教育教师的专业能力和水平方面取得了显著成效,为我国职教教师专业化培养提供了可资借鉴的经验。 Under a "standardized" national regulatory system design of vocational education, Australia has established a perfect vocational qualifications and certificate/diploma system for vocational school teachers, adopted rigorous restrictions for the professional qualification and ability of vocational education teachers, adopted the training mode of training packages linking with teachers' professional qualification and certificate, paid attention to the specialized cultivation of new teachers and supported teachers' further education and professional development. And the significant achievements have been obtained in the establishment of excellent and high-quality specialized vocational education teachers, the promotion of cultivation standard of higher vocational education teachers, and the improvement of vocational education teachers' professional ability and level, which provides experience for the specialized cultivation vocational education teachers in China.
