摘　　要： 智慧校园的建设与发展已成为教育技术学领域的热点主题之一。文章运用文献分析方法,透析了国外高校智慧校园建设的顶层设计、建设愿景、建设模式、智慧教学环境、智慧教学资源、智慧校园管理、智慧校园服务等七个维度的最新进展和应用热点,并阐述了对我国高校智慧校园建设的启示。 The construction and development of smart campus has emerged as a research hotspot in the field of educational technology. The study analyzes the recent advances of overseas university smart campus construction literature analysis and summarizes seven application hotspots, including top-level design, development vision, construction mode, smart teaching environment, smart teaching resource, smart campus management, smart campus service. Furthermore, the enlightenment to the construction of smart campus of colleges and universities in our country is expounded.
