摘 要: 通过分析高校图书馆的激励现状,以行为科学的需求理论、公平理论为激励原则,提出了构建科学、人性化的绩效考核体系、创建和谐的图书馆文化氛围、适宜的工作环境,协助馆员自我发展和成就感的实现等精神激励,对构筑长效激励机制提出思考和建议。 Behavioral science theory, with people as the center of management, has emphasized the humanity concern and spiritual needs of librarians to generate long-term incentive effect. Based on the fair theory and demand theory of behavioral science, by analyzing the status quo of librarians' incentive in university library, this paper proposed the following thoughts and suggestions: building scientific and people-oriented performance appraisal system, creat- ing a harmonious cultural atmosphere, providing favorable working environment and helping librarians realize self-development and self-actualization.
