摘　　要： 针对高校课堂教学现状以及对专业视频素材迫切需求问题，提出图书馆创建有教学素材价值的实用视频资源库的建议。通过实例，指出大量优秀视频资源被隐藏的事实和原因，阐明资源再挖掘工作的必要性及技术实现方案。通过资源库的创建和维护，能达到持续采访和挖掘优秀资源为教学一线服务的目的，对于提高教学质量有实用价值。 In view of the status quo of classroom teaching as well as the urgent need for high quality professional teaching video materials in colleges and universities, this paper proposes to establish video resources database with practical teaching value in the library. It finds out that a great many excellent video resources are hidden and discusses the reasons. Furthermore, the au thor states the necessity and technical implementation of video resources re-mining. It is of great importance to improve the teaching quality by creating and maintaining video resources database to provide video resources of high quality for teachers.
