摘　　要： 政治能力就是把握政治方向、把握大势、把握全局的能力,就是保持政治定力、驾驭政治局面、防范政治风险的能力。政治能力内含了理想信念、政治方向、政治立场、政治纪律。新时代加强政治能力建设是增强核心意识的根本要求,是增强政治定力的根本保证,也是我们有效应对各种风险挑战的关键。加强政治能力建设,要求党的领导干部对党忠诚,加强理论修养,自觉接受党内政治生活锻炼,坚持人民立场和不断积累丰富政治经验,推动党的伟大事业不断前进。 Xi Jinping points out that political ability is the ability to grasp political direction,general trend and overall situation.It is the ability to maintain political capacity,control political situation and prevent political risks.Political ability connotes ideal and belief,political direction,political stand and political discipline.Strengthening the building of political ability in new era is the fundamental demand to enhance core consciousness,the basic guarantee to develop political willpower and the key to withstanding risks and challenges effectively.At present,to strengthen political ability makes requests that Party cadres should be loyal to the Party,be theoretically educated,accept the training of political activities self-consciously within the Party,represent people-oriented position,and accumulate rich experience of political affairs,thus to advance forward the Party to great improvements.
