摘　　要： 准备出国留学人员在留学准备过程中,准确、全面地查找国外大学相关信息资料,是比较困难的一件事情,针对目前查找国外大学信息资料过程中存在的问题,以及建设国外大学信息数据库的目的和意义、需解决的关键问题、方法进行了详细的阐述和分析,最后对国外大学信息数据库的建设进行了实践总结。 During the preparation of going abroad to study abroad,finding the accurate related information data of foreign university completely was difficult.Focused on the problems in seeding the information of the foreign university information database as well as the aims and meaning of the academic contributions guidebook information database and the key problem and correlated methods were analyzed in detail,and the practices summary on the construction of the guidebook information database was carried out.
