摘　　要： 文章对高校图书馆服务价值链模型的含义、高校图书馆服务链和价值链的运作进行了阐述,并构建了高校图书馆服务价值链模型。通过构建服务价值链模型阐明了高校图书馆服务价值链各个环节,这些环节存在着一定的相互关系,只有将各个环节连成一个有机整体,才能真正为用户创造价值,提升高校图书馆核心竞争力。 The meanings of the model of the university library service value chain and the operation of the university library service chain and value chain are expounded.The model of the university library service value chain is constructed.By constructing the model of the service value chain,this article clarifies various links in the university library service value chain.There are certain correlations among these links.Only when various links are linked as an organic whole can real value be created for users and the core competence of the library be enhanced.
