摘　　要： 高校团组织是党委、行政联系广大青年学生的桥梁和纽带,在思想政治教育中担当着独特的角色,发挥着积极的作用.团干部要深刻领会中共中央16号、中办发59号等文件精神,努力探索共青团新的工作模式,促进大学生思想政治教育的创新与发展.本文紧密结合实践成果,就新时期高校共青团在大学生思想政治教育中面临的新挑战、探索的新模式和取得的新成效进行了深入阐述. The League organization of university is the important link between the Party committee and the mass of student youth, and plays a unique and positive role in the ideological and political education. So the League cadres should grasp deeply the spirit of the No. 16 document by the Central Committee of the CPC and the No.59 document by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Party, and try to explore the new work mode of Communist Youth League, then promote the innovation and development of the ideological and political education of college students. This paper describes the new challenge, mode and effect in this kind of education on the basis of the achievements in the practice.
