摘　　要： 扶贫到户个体反贫困战略是新世纪反贫困事业深入进行的必然选择。；实施这一反贫困战略应从三方面入手：（一）引入市场化反贫困机制；（二）调动贫困农户脱贫的积极性；（三）反贫困直接瞄准贫困农户，扶贫资源直接到达贫困农户手中。 Individual combating impoverishment strategy of aiding the poor to the peasant household is our in evitable choice of developing in depth the combating impoverishment cause in 21 century. Implementing the combating impoverishment strategy should start with the following three fields. First leading market mechanism into combating impoverishment; second arousing the enthusiasm of poverty-striken peasant household extricating impoverishment; third combating impoverishment aims at poverty-striken peasant household and passing aid-the-poor resources on to the hands of peasant household directly.
