摘　　要： 经济增长理论的新发展表明,投入、技术和制度是经济增长的三大要素.在目前经济全球化趋势增强,经济增长方式转型和产业结构调整的新形势下,我国经济增长的源泉和动力是技术创新和制度创新.而且技术创新和制度创新相互促进,共同推动我国经济的持续、快速、稳定增长. The new development of the theory of economic growth indicates that input technology and system are three key factors in economic growth.Therefore at present under the new situation of the strengthening of the tendency of economic globlization,the transfer of the way of economic growth and the adjustment of industrial structure,the resources and motivation of our economic growth are technical innovation and system innovation.Furthermore technical innovation and system innovation help each other forward and they can togtether bring about a sustainable,quick and stable growth in the national economy.
