摘　　要： 本文针对农业产业化发展过程中出现的纠纷日益突出的现象,以公司、农民和政府为主体,从政治、经济和文化多重角度,全面地分析了这些纠纷产生的实质原因,进而提出以"法治化"作为目标和指南,从理念、行为和制度三个方面具体推进农业产业化的法治化发展. Aiming at the increasingly obvious disputes occurred in the developing process of agriculture industrialization, from the points of view of politics, economy and culture, with company, farmer and government as subject, the paper comprehensively analyzed the substantial causes of the disputes and put forward“the Rule of Law” as target and guide to promote the development of the rule of law of agriculture industrialization from the three aspects of idea, conduct and system.
