摘　　要： 首先阐述LBS的含义及特点,分析了移动政务的信息服务模式;其次探讨了基于LBS的个性化信息服务机制与模式;最后构建了基于LBS＋SNS的移动政务个性化信息服务模型,指出了其个性化服务实现了由＂人找服务＂到＂服务找人＂的转变。 The paper elaborated the implication and characteristic of LBS,analyzed the information serv- ice mode of mobile-government; and discussed the information service mechanism and model of personalized information services based on LBS;finally we built personalized information services model of mobile-govern- ment based on LBS＋ SNS, pointed out the personalized information services bring about the transformation from＂people to services＂to ＂services to people＂.
