摘　　要： 目的构建对急性心肌梗死患者单种病护理质量全程护理质量评估的评价指标,旨在通过对护理质量进行评估并根据评分为临床心肌梗死患者护理质量管理方案的优化提供数据支持。方法课题研究小组成员需大范围搜集相关文献并咨询相关领域的权威专家,在理论以及专家指导下初步完成急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量指标体系的构建工作。评价方法为德尔菲专家咨询法、五分级Likert标度法,对临床初步形成指标的必要性进行论证与评价,确定每级指标的结构与内容,最后总结出针对急性心肌梗死的护理质量评价指标。结果通过研究构建起能够涵盖临床护理全过程的急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价指标,其中包括一级指标共计3项,二级指标共计14项,三级指标共计57项。结论构建关于急性心肌梗死单病种的护理质量评价指标能够促进护理工作的合理化规范化,体现新概念管理的优点。 Objective To construct evaluation indexes for the overall quality of nursing care of single disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction,aiming to provide data support for the optimization of the quality of care management plan for patients with clinical myocardial infarction by evaluating the quality of care and according to the score.Methods Members of the research team need to collect relevant literature on a large scale and consult authoritative experts in related fields.Under the guidance of theory and experts,the construction of a single disease quality index system for acute myocardial infarction is initially completed.The evaluation methods are Delphi expert consultation method and five-graded Likert scale method,which demonstrates and evaluates the necessity of preliminary clinical formation of indicators,determines the structure and content of each level of indicators,and finally concludes the quality of care evaluation indicators for acute myocardial infarction.Results Through research,a single-care quality evaluation index for acute myocardial infarction that can cover the entire clinical nursing process was constructed,including a total of 3 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators,and 57 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The construction of nursing quality evaluation indicators for single disease of acute myocardial infarction can promote the rationalization and standardization of nursing work and reflect the advantages of new concept management.
