摘　　要： 目的观察护士通过微信发送心电图对提高护士识别STEMI(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction)心电图的作用效果。方法心内科、CCU 28名护士学习前后自身对比,选择2018年1月至2018年3月学习前对STEMI心电图40份的识别情况为对照组,针对存在情况进行原因分析;选择2018年4月至2018年6月学习后对STEMI心电图40份的识别情况为实验组,通过微信发送STEMI心电图,在网上学习后,再让护士进行40份STEMI心电图的一一识别,比较学习前后护士对STEMI心电图识别的正确率、识别时间。结果学习前后护士识别正确率(认识正常波)、识别ST段抬多高、识别所在导联、临床意义、识别STEMI心电图所用时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信发送心电图,在微信群中学习,可提高护士识别STEMI心电图的正确率,缩短护士对STEMI心电图的识别时间。 Objective To observe the effect of ECG sent by nurses via wechat on improving nurses’ recognition of STEMI ECG. Methods 28 nurses in Cardiology department and CCU from January 2018 to March 2018 were selected as the control group to identify 40 STEMI electrocardiograms, and the causes were analyzed. 28 nurses in Cardiology department and CCU from April 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental group to identify 40 STEMI electrocardiograms, and STEMI electrocardiograms were sent via Wechat to the internet. After learning, 40 STEMI electrocardiograms of nurses were identified one by one. The correct rate and recognition time of STEMI electrocardiograms were observed and compared. Results The two groups of nurses compared each index of 40 electrocardiograms the correct rate of recognition was to recognize normal wave, ST segment elevation, lead identification, clinical significance, time used to identify STEMI electrocardiogram, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Sending ECG by Wechat and learning from Wechat Group can improve the correct rate of nurses’ recognition of STEMI ECG and shorten the time of nurses’ recognition of STEMI ECG.
