摘　　要： 教学阅片是培养影像医学住院医师临床影像诊断思维能力的重要手段。笔者将目前受医学教育界关注PBL教学模式运用于医学影像教学阅片中,以住院医师为主体、带教老师为主导,以问题为导向,旨在培养影像医学科住院医师的临床影像诊断思维能力和提升岗位胜任力。 Reading teaching is an important means to cultivate the thinking ability of clinical imaging diagnosis of resident doctor in imaging medicine.The author applies the PBL teaching model which is concerned by the medical education field to the reading film of medical imageology teaching,with the resident doctor as the main body,the teacher as the leading,and the problem as the guidance,aiming to cultivate the thinking ability of clinical image diagnosis and improve the post competency of the resident doctor in the imaging medicine department.
