珍龙膏联合雷火灸治疗压力性损伤的效果观察

摘  要: 目的观察珍龙膏联合雷火灸治疗压力性损伤的疗效,为临床治疗压力性损伤提供新思路。方法选择2016年3月—2017年12月收治于广东省深圳市宝安区中医院康复科及脑病科的2期及3期压力性损伤患者38例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=19)和对照组(n=19)。对照组采用常规综合治疗方法,观察组在此基础上采用珍龙膏外用联合雷火灸治疗的方法。比较干预前和干预14 d后两组患者压力性损伤愈合计分(Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing,PUSH)和视觉模拟疼痛评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)情况并进行安全性评价。结果干预后,观察组患者的PUSH评分和VAS评分均低于对照(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论珍龙膏联合雷火灸治疗压力性损伤临床疗效明显,无毒副作用,值得临床应用推广。 Objective To observe the treatment effect of Zhenlong Ointment combined with Thunder-fire Moxibustion on pressure ulcer,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods 38 patients with stage 2 and stage 3 pressure ulcer,who were admitted to the Recovery Department and the Encephalopathy Department of Shenzhen Bao’an District TCM Hospital in Guangdong from March 2016 to December 2017,were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=19)and the control group(n=19)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive therapy,while the observation group was treated with external application of Zhenlong Ointment combined with Thunder-fire Moxibustion.The scores of Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing(PUSH)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of patients in the two groups were compared before and 14 d after intervention.The safety evaluation was also carried out.Results After intervention,the scores of PUSH and VAS of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhenlong Ointment combined with Thunder-fire Moxibustion on pressure ulcer treatment is significant with no toxic and side effects,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
