复合交通背景商业综合体多首层接驳空间探讨——以广州机施集团塘口项目为例

摘  要: 在当前TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)以公共交通为导向的发展模式影响下,通过对商业综合体多首层接驳空间的探讨,从动,静交通以及步行系统3个方面,以华南理工大学建筑设计研究院广州机施集团塘口项目的优胜方案(以下简称“机施塘口方案”)作为工程实践对象,分析解决交通、商业人流的关系和矛盾。提出合理引导“有效”和“无效”人流的方法,从而达到充分激活商业综合体多首层接驳空间商业活动的目的。 In the context of the current public Transport Oriented Development(TOD)model,the relationships between traffic and pedestrian movements were studied through by discussing the"multiple first floor"connection space from the perspectives of both dynamic and static transportation and pedestrian systems.This is the successful plan of the Tangkou project of the Guangzhou Jishi Group,designed by the Architectural Design and Research Institute of South China University of Technology.It proposes a method to reliably guide the"effective"and"invalid"flow of people to optimize business activities of commercial complexes with"multiple first-floor"connection spaces.
