摘　　要： 随着信息时代教育技术的发展,学习者利用技术手段实现自我提升,学习者需求多样化特征日益明显。此背景下,论文首先介绍了开放大学学习者需求的大背景和当前研究现状,对国内外学习者需求研究情况进行了梳理,结合当前实际,得出了实证研究有待发展,效度信度需要提升;联系社会需求和学习者需求,开创多样性教学范例;借鉴国外成功经验,着力提升远程开放教育的教育质量这三个方面的启示。 Learners’ needs are getting diversified to adapt themselves to exploration of a variety of means in their selfimprovement, as educational technologies are iterating rapidly in information age. Under these circumstances, this paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the context in which learners are seeking further education in the open university, and reviews research on learners’ needs home and abroad. Findings reveal some problems in the research, for instance, empirical studies were lacking, and their validity and reliability remained lower, and so on. Then the paper proposes three approaches to addressing the problems and improving open education quality, that is, responding timely to both learners’ and society’s exact needs, innovating teaching models, and introducing experiences from other countries.
