摘　　要： 重点阐述了中国联通泉州市分公司网络线在福建省公司机制体制改革过程中,如何基于网络资源市场化结算方式,以物理站点为维度分析移动网络运行成本效益,为网络线划小单元的建设维护网格提供资产运营抓手。网络运行成本效益分析模型可以指导建设维护网格管控网络运行成本,调整网络资源,并且从网络角度提出市场化建议,以提升移动网络结算利润。 In the process of mechanism and system reform of china unicom fujian branch,how to analyze the cost and benefit of mobile network operation from the perspective of physical site based on market settlement of network resources is presented,which provides the starting point of asset operation for the construction and maintenance grid of small unit of network line.The network operation cost benefit analysis model can guide the construction and maintenance of grid in the network operation cost control and the network resources adjustment,and the market-oriented suggestions from the network perspective are put forward to improve the mobile network settlement profit.
