摘 要: 随着数字化和无纸化的快速普及,账单投递服务成为供电企业信息化的重要组成部分。为提高服务能力及用户满意度,有效提高运营效率及减低运营成本,建立了账单投递系统。系统主要实现功能有:一方面用户可通过邮件获取账单及通知,另一方面企业能监控服务过程及对相关数据进行统计分析,协助决策者决策。 With the rapid popularization of digitalization and paperlessness,bill delivery service is becoming an important part of enterprise informatization. Bill delivery system was set up in Guangzhou power supply bureau. Service capability and customer satisfaction are improved on the basis of effectively improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs. On the one hand, bill and announcement are obtained; On the other hand, the service process is monitored and related data was calculated to assist decision making.
