摘 要: 目的:制备小柴胡泡腾颗粒,并对其进行质量评价。方法:利用微波消解仪对小柴胡方剂进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法测定小柴胡泡腾颗粒中柴胡总皂苷a含量,并对其粒度、水分、溶化性、干燥失重相关指标进行考察。结果:采用微波消解仪提取药材,PEG6000、碳酸氢钠、乳糖与枸橼酸为辅料制备得到的小柴胡泡腾颗粒柴胡皂苷含量为10.09 mg/g(m_(柴胡皂苷)/m_(药材总量)),水分含量为3.19%,干燥失重1.84%,溶化性良好,粒度检测合格。结论:微波提取法效率高,小柴胡泡腾颗粒制备工艺简单可行,性质稳定,质量可控,可为生产提供依据。 Objective: Preparation and quality assessment of Xiaochaihu effervescent granules was carried out in order to improve the clinical applicability of the traditional decoction. Methods: The Xiaochaihu decoction was extracted by microwave assisted technology. Further evaluation such as drug content was determined by the concentration of saikosaponin A with ultraviolet spectroscopy, and the granule size, water, solubility, loss on drying were assessed with the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015.Result:Effervescent granules prepared by PEG 6000, NaHCO3, lactose, citric acid and dry extract were evaluated with 10.09 mg/gsaikosaponin A concentration, 3.19 % water, 1.84 % loss on weight, good solubility and suitable granule size. Conclusion: The microwave assisted technology was highly effective for the extraction of Xiaochaihu decoction, as well as the quality of effervescent granules was stable and controllable. In a word, the preparation technology of Xiaochaihu decoction was simple and feasible, which may offer references for the industrial production.
