腹腔镜结直肠癌加速康复外科中规范营养支持治疗的应用观察

摘  要: 目的:观察在腹腔镜结直肠癌加速康复外科中应用规范营养支持治疗的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院外科2016年1月-2017年9月收治的105例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术治疗,采用随机分组法将其分成对照组(52例)和研究组(53例)。在围手术期,对照组采用常规营养支持治疗,研究组采用规范营养支持治疗,比较两组患者首次排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、患者治疗总有效率及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者首次排气时间为(30.3±5.2)h,明显短于对照组的(53.4±5.1)h;研究组患者首次排便时间为(3.2±1.2)d,短于对照组的(6.5±2.3)d;研究组患者住院时间为(8.5±2.6)d,短于对照组的(13.1±3.2)d;研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.2%,高于对照组的86.5%;研究组患者术后并发症发生率为15.1%,低于对照组的25.0%。两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行腹腔镜手术治疗的结直肠癌患者施行规范营养支持治疗,不仅能加速患者的肠胃功能恢复,同时还能有效降低其术后并发症发生率,因此能提高患者治疗的整体效果。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of normotrophic supportive therapy in the accelerated surgery of laparoscopic colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 105 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in the author's hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.The patients were divided into control group(n=52)and study group(n=53).During the perioperative period,the control group was treated with conventional nutrition support.The study group was treated with normotensive nutrition support.The first excretion time,defecation time, hospital stay,the total effective rate of patient treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared.Result:The first-time decompression time in the study group was(30.3±5.2)h,which was significantly shorter than(53.4±5.1)h in the control group.The first defecation time was(3.2±1.2)days in the study group,which was shorter than(6.5±2.3)days in the control group.The hospitalization time in the study group was(8.5±2.6)d,which was shorter than(13.1±3.2)d of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.2%,which was significantly higher than 86.5% of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 15.1%,which was significantly lower than 25.0% of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nutritional support for patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery can not only accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and thus improve the overall effect of treatment.
