摘 要: 采用多种色谱法从深海来源真菌Alternaria tenuissma DFFSCS013的发酵产物中分离得到了6个混源萜类化合物,利用波谱学方法鉴定了它们,结构分别鉴定为Tricycloalternarene J(1)、Tricycloalternarene 2b(2)、Tricycloalternarene 1b(3)、Tricycloalternarene 6b(4)、Tricycloalternarene 3b(5)、Tricycloalternarene 1a(6)。对这6个化合物进行了抗菌和抗真菌活性测试,在100μg/纸片浓度下,只有化合物5有显著抑制大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长的作用,其它化合物都活性微弱。这是首次报道化合物1~2和4~5的抗细菌活性、以及5的抗真菌活性。 Six known compounds were isolated from the fermentation products of the deep-sea derived fungus Alternaria tenuissma DFFSCS013. These compounds were identified as tricycloalternarene J( 1),tricycloalternarene 2 b( 2),tricycloalternarene 1 b( 3),tricycloalternarene 6 b( 4),tricycloalternarene 3 b( 5),and tricycloalternarene 1 a( 6) by spectroscopic analyses. All of them were tested for antibacterial and antifungal activities. Only compound 5 showed obvious inhibition activity against the growth of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis,while other compounds showed weak activity against indicators at 100 μg/dics. This is the first time to report the antibacterial activity of compounds 1-2 and 4-5 and the antifungal activity of 5.
