摘　　要： 目的:探讨中医综合治疗(中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗)脑梗死后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:收集2014年12月-2015年12月入院的80例脑梗死后肩手综合征患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予康复治疗,实验组加施中药泡洗结合针灸推拿,比较两组患者总体治疗效果与疗效指标。结果:实验组患者总体治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后SHS、VAS与肿胀评分显著低于对照组,FMA与SS-QOL评分显著高于对照组(P均<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征的临床疗效显著,具有借鉴性。 Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of TCM synthetically therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome from cerebral infarction.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received rehabilitation treatment;the experimental group was treated by TCM bubble wash plus acupuncture and massage.The overall effect and indicators in groups were compared.Results:The effect was better in the experimental group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).SHS,VAS and swelling scores were significantly lower;FMA and SS-QOL scores were significantly higher in the experimental group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effects of TCM bubble wash plus acupuncture and massage on shoulder-hand syndrome from cerebral infarction is significant,with reference.
