摘　　要： 通过分析大学生自主学习的现状及学校自主学习激励机制的现状,总结激励机制在大学生自主学习能力培养中的作用,反思其机制建设的问题,以实现学生自主学习能力的提升。 Through the analysis of the status quo of college students' autonomous learning and the present situation of the incentive mechanism of autonomic learning,summed up the role of incentive mechanism in college students' autonomous learning ability training,reflect on the problems of the construction of the mechanism,to stimulate students' autonomous learning ability of ascension.
