摘　　要： 张仲景将异常睡眠分为不寐、嗜睡、欲睡不睡三类型;病机要素集中在邪热扰心、阴虚阳亢、阳虚神浮;用药方案分别是清热安神、滋阴养神、温阳回神;代表方剂有:栀子豉汤、茵陈蒿汤、甘草泻心汤、黄连阿胶汤等。 ZHANG Zhongjing divided abnormal sleep into three types：insomnia,somnolence and willingness of sleep but failure to sleep. Pathogenesis factors are concentrated in pathogenic heat attacking the heart,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency,floating state of mind due to yang deficiency. The respective regimen is to clear heat and soothe the mind,nourish yin and rest to attain mental tranquility, and warm yang and make the state of mind back to normal. The representative prescriptions are as follows： Zhizichi tang,Yinchenhao tang,Gancao Xiexin tang,Huanglian E＇jiao tang and so on.
