摘　　要： 【目的】分析荨麻疹医案的用药规律。【方法】从《中医医案知识服务与共享系统》所收录的麻疹医案中提取处方,并做归一化处理;采用Excel 2013和Matlab R2016a软件进行频次分析和聚类分析。【结果】符合筛选标准的400例医案中,共使用中药295味,总频次为4 363次。26味高频中药中,有7味解表药、7味清热药及6味补虚药;聚类分析结果分为5类。【结论】中药治疗荨麻疹常用解表药、清热药和补虚药。 Objective To analyze the medication regularity in urticaria cases. Methods The data extracted from the prescriptions for urticaria cases recorded in the Medical Record Knowledge Service and Sharing System of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and normalized, and frequency analysis and cluster analysis were performed by using Excel 2013 and Matlab R2016 a software respectively. Results In the 400 included urticaria cases from the Medical record,a total of 295 Chinese herbs were involved and the total frequency was 4 363 times.In the frequently-used 26 Chinese herbs,there were 7 herbs for releasing exterior,7 for clearing heat,and 6 for tonifying deficiency. The cluster analysis results showed that the 26 herbs were classified into 5 categories.Conclusion The frequently-used Chinese medicine for urticaria are herbs for releasing exterior,herbs for clearing heat,and herbs for tonifying deficiency.
