摘　　要： 中式全屋整体家具规模化定制是一个巨大的市场,产品设计师可以从中式生活方式和家装风格出发,提炼出中式传统文化的设计风格要素。将造型,色彩,材质等感性的个性化设计要素量化,系列化。进而每一种产品样式对应一系列的工艺流程和制造标准。企业开发一批基本生产工艺流程标准,这些标准化工序工艺组合后可制造多样化产品样式。中式全屋整体家具大规模定制设计体系的标准化是为大规模定制生产提供基础,实现柔性的生产过程,既保证生产的高效性和批量化,又满足个性化的定制需求。 Mass customization of Chinese furniture is a huge market.Product designers can extract the elements of Chinese traditional culture design style from Chinese lifestyle and home decoration style,quantify and serialize individualized design elements such as shape,color and material.Then each product style corresponds to a series of process flow and manufacturing standards.Enterprises develop a number of basic production process standards,which can be combined to produce a variety of product styles.The standardization of Chinese whole-house furniture mass customization design system is to provide the basis for mass customization production and realize flexible production process,which not only guarantees the high efficiency and batch production,but also meets the personalized customization requirements.
