摘　　要： 汉语言文化的国际传播任重道远,需要鉴古思今以提高效率。姚敏博士的专著《中国华文教育政策历史研究:语言规划理论透视》以时间为经、以政策内容为纬,具有论点鲜明、论据详实、论证充分的特点,是一部及时、难得的学术著作。该书在回顾百年华文教育历史的基础上展望当代语言教育规划,具有重要的现实意义。 The international spread of Chinese language and culture has a long way to go. We must take stock of the past to improve efficiency. Dr. YAO Min’s monograph has clear sequencing of time and policy content,has the characteristics of clear argument,detailed argument and full argument. It is therefore a timely and rare academic work.
