摘 要: “双高”背景下,职业学校教师企业实践是建设“双师型”师资队伍以及高水平专业群的有效途径。对广东省22所高职院校的162名商贸类专业教师进行问卷调查和10名专业课教师进行访谈,调查发现商贸类专业教师企业实践内外驱动力不足、缺乏具体的实践设计方案及过程监管、专业教师企业实践技能提升与预期目标有差距等问题。针对存在的问题,提出落实激励机制,激发教师企业实践内生动力;健全以企业为主导的教师企业实践考核评价与质量保障机制等针对性建议,并制定了基于校、企、教师三方需求的商贸类专业教师企业实践方案。 Under the background of“double high”,the practice in enterprises of teachers in vocational colleges is an effective way to build“double-qualified”teachers and high-level professional groups.Through questionnaires of 162 business and trade professional teachers from 22 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province and interviews with 10 professional teachers,it is found that business and trade professional teachers have insufficient internal and external driving force,lack of specific practical design plans and process supervision and there is a gap between the professional skills of professional teachers and the improvement of their expected goals.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the implementation of incentive mechanism to inspire teachers to practice endogenous motivation,making improvement of the enterprise-oriented assessment of teachers practice in enterprises and quality assurance mechanism,and developing business practice plan of business and trade professional teachers based on the needs of schools,enterprises and teachers.
