摘 要: 目的探讨系统培训对手术室低年资护士危急症护理核心能力的干预效果。方法选取广东省高州市人民医院2017年7月1日前参加临床工作的手术室低年资护士作为研究对象,进行为期6个月的系统培训。比较培训前后危急症护理核心能力评价问卷和理论考试评分。结果培训后理论考试平均得分为(63.81±6.46)分,显著高于培训前的(50.65±6.53)分;培训后,专业实践能力评分、运用知识能力评分及沟通协调能力评分均显著高于培训前;且培训后,危急症护理核心能力评价问卷总分显著高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论系统培训可显著提高手术室低年资护士危急症护理的核心能力。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of systematic training on the critical core nursing ability of nurses with low seniority in the operating room.Methods Low-seniority nurses in the operating room of Gaozhou People's Hospital of Guangdong Province who had participated in clinical work before July 1,2017 were selected as the research object for a six-month systematic training.The scores of critical illness nursing core competence evaluation questionnaire and theoretical examination were compared before and after training.Results The average score of the theory test after the training was(63.81±6.46)points,which was significantly higher than that before the training(50.65±6.53)points.After the training,the scores of professional practice ability,knowledge application ability and communication and coordination ability were significantly higher than before the training.After the training,the total score of critical care core competence evaluation questionnaire was significantly higher than that before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic training can significantly improve the core competence of emergency care for nurses with low seniority in the operating room.
