基于改进层次分析法的柱上开关成套设备状态评估研究

摘  要: 柱上开关运行状态关系到配电线路的区间分段投切、控制、保护,科学评估其状态是电力系统安全稳定运行的关键,为此对一二次融合的柱上开关成套设备提出了基于改进层次分析法的状态评估方法。首先,根据成套设备的物理结构以及故障特点,建立包含开关本体、控制器、开关与控制器连接的指标评估体系;然后针对层次分析法缺少量化分析、主观性强等缺点,引入设备历史运行状况对指标评估体系中的二级指标进行定性和定量分析,确定指标权重,根据设备状态评价指标处理结果和权重计算状态评估值得出评估结果;最后通过算例验证所提评估方法的有效性与实用性。 The running state of the pole-mounted switch is related to the interval switching, control and protection of the distribution lines, and the scientific evaluation of its state is the key to safe and stable operation of the power system. Therefore, this paper proposes a state evaluation method based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for the complete equipment of pole-mounted switch. It firstly establishes the index evaluation system including switch ontology index, controller index, switch and controller connection index according to the physical structure and fault characteristics of the complete set of equipment. Then, due to the lack of quantitative analysis and strong subjectivity of AHP, it introduces historical operation status of equipment to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the secondary indicators in the index evaluation system and determine the weights of indicators. Furthermore, according to the equipment state evaluation index processing results and the weights, the evaluation value is calculated and the evaluation result is obtained. Finally, it verifies effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method an example by examples.
