摘　　要： 骨转移是肺恶性肿瘤的常见转移,目前以放化疗及靶向治疗为主的治疗手段效果不佳。广东省名中医刘伟胜教授辨证治疗肺癌骨转移有丰富的临床经验,他认为正气虚弱是肺癌发生的基础,而癌毒则为肺癌发生的直接病因;肾精亏虚是发生骨转移的基础,癌毒是导致骨转移的直接因素。刘伟胜教授强调肺癌骨转移从肾虚论治是其治疗特色,其诊疗特点为未病先防,先安未受邪之地;中西医结合,全面诊疗;重视心理调节。 Bone metastasis is common in pulmonary malignant tumor. Currently,there are still a lot of shortages in treating bone metastasis by targeted therapy,chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Professor LIU Weisheng,a famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,has rich clinical experience in the treatment of bone metastases of lung cancer. He emphasizes that deficiency of qi is the basis of lung cancer and the cancerous toxin is the direct cause of lung cancer. About bone metastasis,Professor LIU points out that deficiency of kidney essence is the basis of bone metastasis in lung cancer and the cancerous toxin is the direct cause of bone metastasis. Professor LIU emphasizes that the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer should focus on the deficiency of kidney essence. His therapeutic features include preventive treatment,combination of TCM and western medicine,giving attention to the patients’ psychology.
