摘　　要： 随着放射治疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位日益显著,如何减轻放疗的副作用也逐渐成为研究的热点。秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)因其独特的优势成为一个良好的研究电离辐射的模型。近年来,国内外利用线虫模型对电离辐射特性的研究日益增多。本文简要综述了电离辐射对线虫的影响以及相关机制。 With the increasing prominence of radiotherapy in the treatment of tumors, how to reduce the side effects of radiotherapy has become a hot research topic gradually. Caenorhabditis elegans (C.elegans) has become a good model for studying ionizing radiation due to its unique advantages. In recent years, there′s increasing study on ionizing radiation by using nematode model. In this paper, the effects of ionizing radiation on nematode and underlying mechanisms are reviewed briefly.
