摘 要: 目的制备载10-羟基喜树碱(HCPT)的乳酸/羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)微球,模拟体内环境进行药物的缓释研究,HCPT微球制剂用于肝癌治疗。方法采用复乳溶剂蒸发法分别制备载HCPT以及空载的PLGA微球,体外释放,兔VX2肝癌造模,HE染色分析治疗效果。结果载HCPT的PLGA微球,电镜表征稳定,体外释放良好,HE染色分析肝癌治疗较好。结论载HCPT的PLGA微球治疗肝癌效果良好。 Objective To prepare polylactic-co-glyconlic acid(PLGA)microspheres containing 10-hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)were prepared,and to simulate the drug release in vivo.HCPT microspheres were used in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods HCPT loaded microspheres and PLGA microspheres were prepared by double emulsion solvent evaporation method,and then released in vitro.The therapeutic effect was analyzed by HE staining for rabbit VX2 liver cancer model.Results HCPT PLGA microspheres were stable and were well treated by HE staining in vitro.Conclusion PLGA microspheres loaded with HCPT have good therapeutic effect on liver cancer.
