微波提取玫瑰茄花色苷类色素工艺研究

摘  要: 目的:筛选玫瑰茄色素微波提取的最佳方案。方法:本研究通过单因素试验和正交试验对玫瑰茄色素的提取工艺进行筛选和优化。结果:在微波提取功率为500w,温度为50℃,温度爬升时间为3min的条件下,得到微波提取的最优方案为提取溶剂pH为1.0,提取时间120s,料液比1︰25g/mL,结论:该方法提取玫瑰茄得率高,工艺准确可行。 Objective: To optimize the solution for microwave extraction of Anthocyanin from Hibiscus Sabdariffa. Methods: This study screened and optimized the extraction process of Anthocyanin from Hibiscus Sabdariffa by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The conditions of microwave extraction power of 500 w, temperature of 50 ℃ and temperature climb time of 3 min, the optimal solution for microwave extraction was extraction solvent pH=1, extraction time 120 s, ratio of material to liquid 1︰25 g/mL. Conclusion: This method has high yield of Anthocyanin from Hibiscus Sabdariffa and the process is accurate and feasible.
