摘　　要： 目的:探讨环乳晕切口乳腺纤维瘤手术对患者术后哺乳的影响。方法:回顾某院2011年1月~2015年12月期间收治的412例乳腺纤维瘤患者临床资料,其中158例接受传统非乳晕切口手术的为对照组,254例接受环乳晕切口手术的为观察组。从手术时间、术中出血量及术后哺乳率方面比较两组患者的情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间(37.47±3.12)min、术中出血量(4.25±0.24)ml与对照组(27.55±3.82)min、(3.45±0.27)ml比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年,观察组哺乳率74.85%与对照组79.44%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对乳腺纤维瘤患者来说,可采用在环乳晕切口切除肿瘤的方式,这种方法瘢痕隐蔽,美容效果良好,并且不会影响患者术后生育哺乳,值得推广。 Objective：To investigate the effect of mammary gland fibroma surgery with circular areola incision on postoperative lactation.Methods：The clinical data of 412 cases of patients with breast fibroma treated in a hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were reviewed.158 cases given traditional nonareola incision were set as control group,and 254 cases given annular areola incision operation were set as observation group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative lactation rate were compared between the two groups.Results：The operative time and intraoperative blood loss were（37.47±3.12）min and（4.25±0.24）ml respectively in the observation group,and（27.55±3.82）min and（3.45±0.27）ml in the control group,respectively.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Following up for 2 years,the lactation rate of the observation group was 74.85% and that of the control group was79.444.The difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the patients with mammary fibroma,the tumor can be excised by the incision of the circular areola.This method is concealed,the cosmetic effect is good,and it will not affect the birth and breast-feeding of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
