以TLC-UPLC-MS/MS法检测网红保健品中非法添加的8种化学药物研究

摘  要: 本文使用薄层色谱-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(TLC-UPLC-MS/MS)测定网红保健品中非法添加的8种化学药物。以乙腈、1 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%乙酸)为流动相,用梯度洗脱程序进行处理,反复对8种化学药物进行测定。结果显示,8种化学药物在0.5~100μg/L内存在明显的线性关系,相关性系数r^2≥0.9958,各化学药物的定量限为0.31~0.79μg/kg,检出限为0.09~0.29μg/kg。待测物在不同样本中的回收率为67.3%~101.1%,变异系数≤16.5%。45批网红保健品中共检出非法添加阳性样本23批。由此可知,TLC-UPLC-MS/MS法可用于网红保健品中非法添加的8种化学药物的快速筛查与定量检测。 Thin-layer chromatography-ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(TLC-UPLC-MS/MS)is used to determine 8 illegally added chemical drugs in web celebrity health products in this paper.Acetonitrile and 1 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution(containing 0.1%acetic acid)are used as mobile phase and treated by gradient elution.Eight kinds of drugs are determined repeatedly.The results show that there is an obvious linear relationship between 0.5—100μg/L and the correlation coefficient(r^2)≥0.9958.The quantitative limit of each chemical is 0.31—0.79μg/kg,and the detection limit is 0.09—0.29μg/kg.The recoveries are 67.3%—101.1%and the coefficient of variation≤16.5%.A total of 45 batches of web celebrity health products are found with 23 batches of illegally added positive samples.In conclusion,TLC-UPLC-MS/MS method has been proved to be suitable for the rapid screening and quantitative detection of 8 kinds of chemical drugs illegally added in web celebrity health products.
