摘　　要： 目的观察耳穴贴压加穴位按摩联合施图伦滴眼液治疗青少年视疲劳临床疗效。方法选取我院眼科门诊的青少年视疲劳患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予施图伦滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用耳穴贴压配合穴位按摩进行联合治疗,比较两组治疗疗效,观察两组视觉症状评分、屈光度、裸眼视力,并对两组舒适度评分和不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉症状评分、屈光度、裸眼视力均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组舒适度评分无明显差异,治疗后观察组舒适度评分更优(P<0.05)。观察组共出现3例神经精神官能症、胃肠道反应、心律失常等不良反应,不良反应率6.0%;对照组共出现11例,不良反应率22.0%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩配合耳穴贴压联合施图伦滴眼液治疗青少年视疲劳临床疗效显著,可显著缓解患者屈光度和舒适度,且不良反应较少,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of point massage combined with auricular point pressure and Edculin and Digitalisglycosides eye-drop in treatment of adolescent visual fatigue. Methods 100 cases of patients with visual fatigue were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given Edculin and Digitalisglycosides eyedrop, observation group received acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressure on the basis of control group. Compare the curative effect of the two groups and observe the visual symptom scores, diopter, naked eye vision, comfort score and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Visual symptom score, diopter and naked eye vision of observation group were all superior to those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comfort scores between the two groups before treatment, gained the scores of observation group after treatment(P<0.05). There were 3 cases of neuropsychiatric disorders, gastrointestinal reactions, arrhythmia and other adverse reactions in observation group, the adverse reaction rate was 6.0%, while 11 cases in control group, the adverse reaction rate was 22.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with auricular pressure and Edculin and Digitalisglycosides eye-drop is effective in treatment of adolescent visual fatigue, which can significantly relieve the patient’ s diopter and comfort level, and has less adverse reactions, which is worthy of further clinical study.
