摘　　要： 目的分析探索安宁疗护在肿瘤病房晚期癌症患者护理中的效果。方法选取该院肿瘤病房2019年10月-2020年1月收治的晚期癌症患者100例,根据患者意愿及配合程度分组,对照组与实验组各50例,对照组接受常规护理、症状控制及心理疏导;实验组开展安宁疗护模式,对比两组疗护效果与满意度。结果实验组患者疼痛控制、其他症状控制、患者和家属焦虑、信息支持、支持水平、生命价值、自我价值、个人事务、疾病问题等评分、POS总评分(13.07±5.18)分均明显低于对照组(18.30±7.13)分,而实验组患者家属疗护满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组86.00%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(t=4.196,P=0.000;χ^2=4.891,P=0.027)。结论安宁疗护在肿瘤病房晚期癌症患者护理中具有显著的效果,能帮助患者合理缓解疼痛,可有效提高患者生活质量,减轻疾病给患者身心带来的痛苦,值得大量推广应用在肿瘤病房晚期癌症患者护理中。 Objective To analyze and explore the effects of tranquilization therapy in the care of patients with advanced cancer in the oncology ward.Methods 100 patients with advanced cancer treated in the hospital ward from October 2019 to January 2020 were selected and grouped according to the patient's willingness and degree of cooperation.The control group and the experimental group were each 50 cases.The control group received routine care,symptom control,and psychological counseling;the experimental group developed a peaceful treatment mode to compare the treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The pain control,other symptom control,patient and family anxiety,information support,support level,life value,self-worth,personal affairs,disease problems and other scores,and the total POS score(13.07±5.18)points in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group.The control group(18.30±7.13)points,while the family satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than the 86.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.196,P=0.000;χ^2=4.891,P=0.027).Conclusion Anning therapy has significant effects in the care of patients with advanced cancer in the oncology ward.It can help patients reasonably relieve pain,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the physical and mental pain caused by the disease.It is worth a lot of promotion and application in the care of patients with advanced cancer in the cancer ward.
