摘 要: 本文通过探讨内转塔单点系统的锁紧装置的设计依据及设计原理,对其进行整体受力情况分析,从而找到锁紧装置的薄弱环节并有针对性地进行失效分析。探究锁紧装置因其自身的制造及安装工艺缺陷等引起的故障风险,以及对单点系泊系统整体和船体结构的安全风险影响,进而提出相关系统及结构的风险控制建议。 This paper discusses the design basis and design principle of the locking device of the single-point system of the internal turret,and analyzes the overall force situation of the locking device,so as to find the weak link of the locking device and carry out targeted failure analysis.Explore the risk of failure of the locking device due to its own manufacturing and installation process defects,and its impact on the safety risk of the single point mooring system as a whole and the hull structure,and then propose risk control recommendations for its related systems and structures.
