可视化双目视力筛查仪对喀什市小学生眼病筛查结果分析

摘  要: 目的应用可视化双目视力筛查仪筛查小学生视力及眼病,了解喀什市小学生眼病发病特点,评价其在儿童眼保健中的应用价值。方法2018年6月至2018年8月,利用可视化双目视力筛查仪筛查喀什市6所小学的学生视力、屈光及相关眼病,并分析结果。结果获得5988例完整资料,视力低常占12.6%。远视≥2.50D占0.77%,不同年龄组存在统计学差异(χ^2=7.073,P<0.05),随着年龄增加远视人数逐渐下降。近视≥1.00D占14.71%,不同年龄组差异有显著性(χ^2=9.818,P<0.01),随着年龄增加近视人数逐渐上升。散光≥1.50D占3.99%,不同年龄组差异有显著性(χ^2=70.808,P<0.01),随着年龄增加散光人数逐渐下降。屈光参差≥1.00D占3.19%,不同年龄组差异有显著性(χ^2=12.156,P<0.01),随着年龄的增长屈光参差呈下降趋势。斜视占0.67%,不同年龄组差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.065,P>0.05)。眼球震颤占0.05%。结论可视化双目视力筛查仪有助于小学生大规模视力及眼病筛查,对儿童早期眼保健有促进作用。喀什市小学生眼病以近视最多见,发病率随年龄增长而升高,但低于全国平均水平。 Objective To screen visual acuity and eye disease in primary school children by using visual binocular vision screening instrument,and to study the application value of screening in children’s eye health.To understand the characteristics of eye diseases in primary school children in Kashi.Methods From June 2018 to August 2018,visualized binocular vision screening equipment was used to screen pupils,refractive and related eye diseases in six primary schools in Kashgar,and the results were analyzed.Results A total of 5988 cases were obtained,and the low visual acuity often accounted for 12.6%.Hyperopia≥2.50 D accounted for 0.77%,there was statistical difference in different age groups(χ^2=7.073,P<0.05),and the number of hyperopia decreased with age.Myopia≥1.00 D accounted for 14.71%,there was a statistically significant difference in different age groups(χ^2=9.818,P<0.01),and the number of myopia increased with age.Astigmatism≥1.50 D accounted for 3.99%,there was a statistically significant difference in different age groups(χ^2=70.808,P<0.01),and the number of astigmatism decreased with age.The anisometropia≥1.00 D accounted for 3.19%,and there was a statistically significant difference in different age groups(χ^2=12.156,P<0.01).The anisometropia showed a downward trend with age.The strabismus accounted for 0.67%,and there was no statistical difference in different age groups(χ^2=2.065,P>0.05).Nystagmus accounted for 0.05%.Conclusion The Visual Binocular Vision Screener helps large-scale vision and eye disease screening for primary school children,and promotes early childhood eye care.Myopia is still the most common ophthalmopathy among primary school students in Kashgar.The incidence of myopia increases with age,but the incidence of myopia is lower than the national average.
